My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant. The rooms were spacious and could accommodate three people and our luggage comfortably, although there was a pungent odor lingering. The gym, for which I paid extra, felt a bit outdated but served its purpose well.

The service was exceptional, with the staff being extremely friendly and even going out of their way to provide the WiFi details personally. The location was convenient, being near the JR Akita station with easy access to restaurants and shopping, although the hotel was a bit hidden inside a mall.
